Nettology was initially brought in to do a network assessment by the President of a Publishing Company, which employed 40 people – 20 in the US and 20 in the UK. The company had been outsourcing IT to local providers in both the US and UK.
The company needed to move a project management application server from a partner they were working with in India, but they did not know how to accomplish this task. They were not happy with the service or level of consulting of their current IT Provider. This provider did not embrace the Cloud. In addition, the Publishing Company had initiatives that current IT provider could not solve.
How Nettology Helped/Provided Solutions:
Nettology met with with the President and VP, Digital Services and Publishing Operations, who visited Nettology and met with the IT consulting team to review their situation. Nettology facilitated an Office 365 Migration, AWS Setup and Server\Application Migration and TotalCare for all employees – Including UK.
Almost immediately upon engagement with Nettology the company explored new found synergies between offices. The flexibility of the newly architected AWS Cloud\On-Premise network allowed solutions that were waiting in the wings for years to be completed in days or weeks. Nettology user education facilitated much needed collaboration using the Office 365 services such as Teams, Sharepoint, and OneDrive.
